Great hotel with great staff
The place was super clean, and you could smell the freshness when walking in. Our King Room had an awesome seating area and a comfortable sofa bed. The flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker were nice touches. Fitness center, outdoor pool, and tasty breakfast made the stay even better! Location was perfect across from the Coliseum.

we had a great stay at the hampton inn! the whole place was super clean, and you could smell the freshness as soon as you walked in. our room was very nice, and the bed was just the right amount of firm—so comfy! the breakfast was surprisingly well-seasoned, which we really enjoyed. plus, the location was perfect for us since it was right across from the coliseum. we loved the outdoor pool and fitness center too!

I spent a night at the Hampton Inn in Jackson and found the room clean and quiet. The large bottles of quality toiletries in the bathroom made a nice impression. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, which made check-in easy. I enjoyed the hot breakfast even though the sausage tasted a bit rubbery, and I missed bacon on the menu. There were some juices available, but two of them were out and others tasted watered down. The elevator situation was frustrating. only one was working, and the wait times were long. Missing a microwave in the room was a letdown. Overall, it was a comfortable stay despite the few inconveniences.

Had an awesome time with friends during our stay! We checked out the Coliseum and Thalia Maria Hall nearby, which were both great spots for entertainment. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was solid. Just be ready for a bit of maintenance work that might be needed in the rooms.
We had some issues with burned-out lights and noisy AC during our stay, which put a bit of a damper on things.

clean facility but breakfast lacked variety
The room was clean, with high-quality bathroom amenities like big bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Staff members were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The location felt a bit dark and secluded at night.

Not the best experience, but decent stay
The amenities could use some improvement, especially the room cleanliness. However, the staff at breakfast were friendly, and the waffles were delicious! If you’re driving here, inspect the area first before heading to the hotel.
